HOW TO GET APPOINTMENT WITH EXHIBITORS

  • Hosted buyers will choose the first appointment with 30 different exhibitors in October. The exhibitors will check their appointment requests from the hosted buyers. They will confirm the suitable requests for themselves.
  • Between 10 October and 15 October, the exhibitors will fill their quota with available hosted buyers.
  • Between 16 October and 26 October, each parties will select each other and fill their quota.
  • We recommend you to make the selection as early as possible because there may not be appointment time left to meet your needs.
  • All the exhibitors and hosted buyers will be published on our website. By seeing compay profiles, you can select the company you need.
  • After the completion of your appointment, you have the opportunity to talk to the company that you have agreed to meet before your arrival.
  • After the final date of appointment, you are not allowed to edit or cancel your appointment.
