Welcome to Marrakech! Once you reached to MarrakechMenara Airport, please proceed to exit and meet with our colleague. Transfer to your hotel and at evening, we will have Welcome Dinner! Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 2
Conference & B2B Networking
12 September
International Tourism Summit Africa Conference & B2B Networking – Gala Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
After breakfast, we will start our day with International Tourism Summit Africa Conference! After all presentations, we will have lunch break. After the lunch break, we will continue with B2B networking meetings. After the meetings, you will have time to get ready for Gala Dinner! Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 3
City Tour
13 September
Marrakesh City Tour – White Party Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
After breakfast, we depart for Marrakech City Tour. We will visit Menara Gardens, the koutoubia mosque, the Bahia palace, the Spices Market, the old Medina and the famous Djamaa el fna square. After the tour we will come back to hotel and have lunch. And then get ready for White Party Dinner. Have fun on our last night in Marrakech! Overnight in Marrakech.

Marrakesh – Departure Day

Common Questions About Our Fam Tour

The event will take place in Marrakech, Morocco from September 11-14, 2025. The first three days (September 11-13) will include conference activities, B2B networking, and a city tour in Marrakech.

The basic event package (4-day program) includes: Airport transfers, 3 nights all-inclusive accommodation in Marrakech, meals mentioned in the itinerary, Gala Dinner on the 2nd night, White Party Dinner on the 3rd night, and a Marrakech City Tour.

The Sahara Desert FamTrip starts in Marrakech and ends in Marrakech. The North Imperial Cities FamTrip starts in Marrakech and ends in Casablanca. For this tour, return flights should be arranged from Casablanca Airport. Note: Extension tours start on the same day as the main event (September 11) and include the main conference and Marrakech activities. Therefore, if the main conference and extension tour are considered together, the total travel duration will be 8 days.
