Arrival in Istanbul

Welcome to Türkiye! Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore Istanbul — a city where continents meet and history breathes in every corner.. Arrival transfers available between 07:00 and 22:00 from Istanbul Airport. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast, we depart at 09:00 for EMITT Tourism Expo, where your professional journey begins.

Bursa City

7 February 2026, Saturday

Trip to Explore Bursa City

(Breakfast- Lunch-Dinner Included)

After breakfast, we will visit Sultanahmet for a photo stop and discover the timeless heritage of the city. Following a short photo break, we will drive to the Green City, Bursa. We will begin our unique Bursa Program, organized in collaboration with WorkShopTravelShop and the Bursa Culture and Tourism Promotion Union.

(The journey is going to take aroung 2 hours 30 minutes.)

20:00 – Check-in to the hotel and free time

Day 5

Bursa Tour

8 February 2026, Sunday

Full-Day Bursa Tour

09:30 – Starting the Bursa Promotion Programme

Our day will begin with a visit to Cumalıkızık, an authentic 700-year-old Ottoman village and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will experience the charm of its historical streets and traditional architecture. We will then explore the Bursa 1326 Conquest Museum, followed by a visit to the mausoleums of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi. From Tophane Hill, you will enjoy breathtaking views of Bursa and witness the traditional Ottoman military changing ceremony.

Lunch will be served from 13:00 to 14:00.

In the afternoon, from 14:00 to 16:00, we will visit the Grand Mosque of Bursa and the nearby Khans Region, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can admire the rich history and cultural heritage of the city. At 17:00, we will continue to the Yeşil Complex, a prominent historical site in Bursa. From 18:00 to 19:30, you will have the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate during a thermal experience.

Day 6

Bursa Uludağ

9 February 2026, Monday

Bursa Uludağ Mountain Visit

(Breakfast- Lunch-Dinner Included)

Our day will start at 10:00 with a departure for the Bursa Teleferik, the longest cable car line in Europe on a single route. This cable car provides access to the Uludağ Ski Center, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. As we will reach Uludağ via the cable car, participants are advised to wear warm clothing.

We will arrive at the Uludağ Ski Center around 10:40, where you can enjoy chairlift tours along the ski tracks and experience the local traditions. You will have the chance to taste sahlep, a milky aromatic drink that is a beloved tradition at Uludağ, and enjoy the famous sausage (sucuk) bread, a classic treat eaten on the snow at the ski resort.

At 14:30, we will depart for Bursa by bus, arriving at 15:15 to visit the İnkaya Plane Tree, a monumental 620-year-old tree dating back to the Ottoman period.

Transfer to the hotel and time to prepare attire for B2B meetings.

17:30 B2B Meetings with the participation of travel agencies, hoteliers, medical tourism hospitals from Bursa, 21:30 – End of B2B meetings

Note: B2B tables consisting of 1 table and 4 chairs will be provided to fam trip participants. Each table will have a name tag displaying the participant's name.

Dress Code: Business Professional

Gala Dinner will be start at 20:00,

followed by arrival at the hotel ,where you can enjoy some free time to rest.

Departure from Bursa

The day will begin with breakfast at the hotel at 08:00. Afterward, check-out will take place at 09:00, marking the end of the program and depart from Bursa to Istanbul.
