Day 1

Arrival Day

11 September

Marrakesh Arrival Day – Welcome Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

(Welcome to Marrakech! Our team will be waiting to greet you at Marrakech Airport between 08:00 and 22:30, followed by your transfer to the hotel. The hotel offers an all-inclusive stay. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a delicious lunch and immerse yourself in the resort’s stunning facilities: pools, spa treatments, and unlimited local beverages. The evening is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel’s entertainment offerings. We will have a Welcome Dinner! Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 2

Conference & B2B Networking

12 September

International Tourism Summit Africa Conference & B2B Networking – Gala Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, we will start our day with International Tourism Summit Africa Conference! After all presentations, we will have lunch break. After the lunch break, we will continue with B2B networking meetings. After the meetings, you will have time to get ready for Gala Dinner! Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 3

City Tour

13 September

Marrakesh City Tour – White Party Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, we depart for Marrakech City Tour. We will visit Menara Gardens, the koutoubia mosque, the Bahia palace, the Spices Market, the old Medina and the famous Djamaa el fna square. After the tour we will come back to hotel and have lunch. And then get ready for White Party Dinner. Have fun on our last night in Marrakech! Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 4

Casablanca

14 September

Marrakesh - Casablanca – Tangier

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, at 8.15 am departure to Casablanca by coach. At 12:00 departure by speed train Boraq to Tangier. Packed lunch on the train and at 14:10 we will be in Tangier. Transfer and check in to your hotel. At 16:15 we have guided city tour of Tangier including the Hercules Caves, the cap spartel, Meeting point between the Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, the Kasbah and the small socco. Dinner in la Boca Negra Restaurant in Tangier. Overnight in Tangier.

Day 5

Fes

15 September

Tangier - Chefchaouen – Fes

After breakfast, check out and depart for Chefchouen at 9:00 am, a nice small city in the mountain Know by its narrow streets with the blue shades, one of the most instagramable spots for photo shooting.

Guided city tour crossing the narrow streets, with stops for photos. Lunch break and after lunch departure to Fes, the first imperial city of Morocco. Once we reach, check-in to the hotel. Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 6

Rabat

16 September

Fes - Rabat – Casablanca

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, check out and depart for Fes city tour at 9:00 am. Starting by visiting the Royal Palace Gate, the Ceramic Factory, the Panoramique View, the Leather Factory, and the old Medina crossing the narrow streets to discover the traditional Moroccan handycrafts. After the tour, we have Lunch at “Palais Mnebhi” an old palace become a Restaurant in the Medina. After lunch, Departure to Rabat “The Capital”. Guided city Tour of Rabat including the Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower and the Oudayas gardens where you will have a nice tea time facing the river. Continuation to Casablanca. Dinner at the Hotel, Overnight in Casablanca.

Day 7

Rabat

17 September

Casablanca & Farewell Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out depart for guided city tour of Casablanca including the Habous quarter, the Mohamed V Square, and the Famous Hassan II Mosque and the Corniche area. Buffet lunch in the hotel. After lunch, free for shopping or rest. Farewell dinner in “Dar Kaid” a Gastronomic Moroccan restaurant. Overnight in Casablanca.

End of Tour

18 September

Casablanca – Departure Day – End of Tour

Accepted invitations to Hosted Buyers are non-transferable. In case, where the Hosted Buyer is no longer able to attend, another attendee from their organization may replace with a renewed application, placed 45 days prior.

Hosted Buyers who do not inform the Organizer of their cancellation and do not participate in the program, will be deemed a No-Show at 100%.
