Day 1

Arrival Day

11 September

Marrakesh Arrival Day – Welcome Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

Welcome to Marrakech! Our team will be waiting to greet you at Marrakech Airport between 08:00 and 22:30, followed by your transfer to the hotel. The hotel offers an all-inclusive stay. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a delicious lunch and immerse yourself in the resort’s stunning facilities: pools, spa treatments, and unlimited local beverages. The evening is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel’s entertainment offerings. We will have a Welcome Dinner! Overnight in Marrakech.

Gala Dinner

12 September

International Tourism Summit Africa Conference & B2B Networking – Gala Dinner

After breakfast, we will start our day with International Tourism Summit Africa Conference! After all presentations, we will have lunch break. After the lunch break, we will continue with B2B networking meetings. After the meetings, you will have time to get ready for Gala Dinner! Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 3

City Tour

13 September

Marrakesh City Tour – White Party Dinner

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, we depart for MarrakechCity Tour. We will visit Menara Gardens, the koutoubia mosque, the Bahia palace, the Spices Market, the old Medina and the famous Djamaa el fna square. After the tour we will come back to hotel and have lunch. And then get ready for White Party Dinner. Have fun on our last night in Marrakech! Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 4

Zagora

14 September

Marrakesh - Zagora

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, at 8.800 am departure to Zagora via Tizin Tichka col. Visit of Kasbah Benhaddou on the road. We will have lunch in “L’Oasis d’or” Restaurant. After lunch, continuation to Zagora via the Ziz Valley and then arrival to Zagora and check-in to your hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Zagora.

Day 5

Merzouga

15 September

Zagora - Alnif - Rissani - Merzouga

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, check out and departure to Erfoud via Alnif and Rissani to discovers the berbers villages. Lunch “Méteorite” restaurant during the road. After lunch, arrival to Merzouga, Camel ride to reach the desert luxury camp. Arrival by the sunset to appreciate this unique and magic moment on the dunes. Buffet Dinner in the camp, then enjoy the local music around a The camp fire. Overnight in the campsite / Merzouga.

Please note: The guests who booked for single room must stay in double/triple tents at the campsite. The necessary arrangements will be made by our team.

Day 6

Ouarzazate

16 September

Merzouga - Erfoud - Tingeghir - Kelaa Mgouna - Ouarzazate

Early wake-up to appreciate the sunrise on the sahara dunes. Berber buffet breakfast in the Camp

Optional attractions in the camp : Quad, sandboard… (Kindly let us know if you like to join one of the optional experiences.)

Transfer by 4x4 drive to reach the bus, then departure to Todra Gorges via Erfoud, visit of a dattes shops during the road. Lunch in “Les Roches” Restaurant. After lunch, continuation to Ouarzazate via Tineghir and Kelaa Mgouna the roses capital. Arrival and check-in to your hotel. Buffet Dinner and overnight in Ouarzazate.

Day 7

Marrakech

17 September

Ouarzazate - Marrakech

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

After breakfast, group photo shooting facing Kasbah Taourirt then departure. Visit the Cinematographic studios where some famous films were shot as Lawrence d’Arabie, Le Dimant du Nil, Gladiator, The Kingdom of Haven and more… Departure to Marrakech via Tizn Tichka Col. Lunch in a local restaurant during the road . After the lunch continuation to Marrakech, arrival and check-in to the hotel. Farewell dinner at “Palais Chahramane” Restaurant. Overnight in Marrakesh.

Day 8

End of Tour

Marrakech – Departure Day – End of Tour

Only registered parties can enroll in Hosted Buyer Program. No one else can be invited without prior permission. Only the officially invited ones may stay through the event.

Accepted invitations to Hosted Buyers are non-transferable. In case, where the Hosted Buyer is no longer able to attend, another attendee from their organization may replace with a renewed application, placed 45 days prior.

Hosted Buyers who do not inform the Organizer of their cancellation and do not participate in the program, will be deemed a No-Show at 100%.

All cancellations are subject to a written request and to be confirmed in return.
