Event Program

In this Fam Trip program, we are offering two major events in one.
Hundreds of distinguished tour operators from around the world will join us to celebrate our company's 20th anniversary. At the same time, we are providing a unique opportunity to meet and collaborate with thousands of tour operators, DMC offices, hotels, yacht companies, cruise lines, transportation firms, airlines, and key decision-makers attending the Antalya Tourism Fair.

You will gain a unique networking opportunity by establishing strong connections with professionals who are influential in the tourism industry.

Originally planned for November, our 20th Anniversary Celebration has now been rescheduled to 20–24 October 2025 in proud collaboration with the prestigious Antalya Tourism Fair (ATF). This strategic update allows our guests to celebrate two decades of success while also participating in one of Turkey’s top tourism trade events.

Arrival in Antalya

Welcome to Antalya for the grand celebration of TravelShop Turkey’s 20th Anniversary! Our team will be waiting to greet you at Antalya Airport between 08:00 and 22:30, followed by your transfer to a luxurious 5-star All-Inclusive Resort. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a delicious lunch and immerse yourself in the resort’s stunning facilities: beaches, pools, spa treatments, and unlimited local beverages. The evening is free for you to relax and enjoy the entertainment offerings of the resort. Overnight in Antalya.

Day 2
Old Town
21 October 2025, Tuesday
Antalya Old Town Tour & B2B Networking Event & Gala Dinner with Award Ceremony

(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included)
Today’s morning tour includes visits to Kaleici (Old Town), Hadrian’s Gate, the Clock Tower, the Ancient Harbour, and Hıdırlık Tower.
After the tour, return to the hotel for Lunch and after than B2B Networking meetings.
12:30 – 13:30: Lunch
13:30 – 14:00: Registration for the B2B Event
14:00 – 17:00: B2B Networking Meetings with hosted buyers and local suppliers.
20:00 – 23:30: Join our Grand Gala Dinner featuring spectacular live shows, entertainment, and the 20th Anniversary Awards Ceremony. A night to remember!

Day 3
Tourism Fair

Antalya Tourism Fair

After breakfast, you will be transferred from the hotel to the venue of the Antalya Tourism Fair.
This full-day event provides a valuable opportunity to explore the tourism industry’s latest trends, connect with global professionals and continue B2B meetings with hosted buyers and suppliers.

• 09:00: Transfer from hotel to Antalya Tourism Fair venue
• 10:00 – 12:30: Exhibition tour & meetings
• 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch at the fair venue (catered by organizers)
• 13:30 – 17:00: Continued B2B networking and fair participation
• 17:30: Transfer back to the hotel

Evening at leisure to enjoy the resort facilities.
Overnight in Antalya.

Tourism Fair

Another exciting day at the Antalya Tourism Fair!

• 09:00: Transfer from hotel to the fair venue
• 10:00 – 12:30: Meetings, product presentations, and networking
• 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch at the fair venue
• 13:30 – 17:00: Final round of B2B meetings and closing remarks
• 17:30: Transfer back to the hotel

Evening is yours to unwind, enjoy the beach or join optional social activities organized at the resort.
