Arrival Day

Arrival in Istanbul

Welcome to Istanbul!
Upon arrival, you will be greeted at Istanbul Airport between 08:00 and 22:30 and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy free time to explore the city’s dynamic streets, historic landmarks, and vibrant culture.

Optional Evening Program:
Join our Bosphorus Dinner Cruise (19:30 – 23:30) with an open buffet, unlimited drinks, cultural shows, and DJ entertainment. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2
Istanbul
16 October 2025, Thursday
Istanbul City Tour & Istanbul to Tokat or Sivas (Domestic Flight)

Today’s journey begins at the historic Ancient Hippodrome, followed by visits to the Blue Mosque and the iconic Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. After a traditional Turkish lunch, explore a famous Turkish Souvenirs shop. 

After the transfer to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Tokat City. In Tokat, immerse yourself in centuries of history and warm Anatolian hospitality. Experience a stay at the historical Silk Road Museum Hotel - Deveciler Han, a 650-year-old caravanserai. Overnight in Tokat.

Note: For mosque visits, ladies are kindly asked to bring a headscarf.

Tokat City Tour – Ballıca Cave – Kaz Lake

Today’s highlights include Tokat’s old bazaars, historic Turkish baths, and the Clock Tower. Explore the breathtaking Ballıca Cave and the serene Kaz Lake.

Zile

Zile Castle – Hattusa – Cappadocia

Depart for Zile to visit its ancient castle, famously associated with Julius Caesar. Continue to Hattusa, the ancient Hittite capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the tour, continue to Cappadocia.
Overnight in Cappadocia.

Full-Day Cappadocia Tour

A full day to explore the magic of Cappadocia!
We will visit Ozkonak Underground City, Goreme Open-Air Museum, Cavusin Village, Avanos Pottery Workshops, Love Valley, Devrent Valley, and the famous Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 6
Konya – Antalya
20 October 2025, Monday
Cappadocia – Konya – Antalya

(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included)
After breakfast, depart for Konya to visit the spiritual Mevlana Museum (dedicated to Rumi).
Continue on to Antalya. Upon arrival, check into a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Enjoy the beach, pools, spa, and unlimited local beverages.
Overnight in Antalya.

Day 7
Antalya Old Town
21 October 2025, Tuesday
– Antalya Old Town Tour & B2B Networking Event & Gala Dinner with Award Ceremony

Today’s morning tour includes visits to Kaleici (Old Town), Hadrian’s Gate, the Clock Tower, the Ancient Harbour, and Hıdırlık Tower.
After the tour, return to the hotel for Lunch and after than B2B Networking meetings.

12:30 – 13:30: Lunch
13:30 – 14:00: Registration for the B2B Event
14:00 – 17:00: B2B Networking Meetings with hosted buyers and local suppliers.

After breakfast, you will be transferred from the hotel to the venue of the Antalya Tourism Fair.
This full-day event provides a valuable opportunity to explore the tourism industry’s latest trends, connect with global professionals and continue B2B meetings with hosted buyers and suppliers.

• 09:00: Transfer from hotel to Antalya Tourism Fair venue
• 10:00 – 12:30: Exhibition tour & meetings
• 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch at the fair venue (catered by organizers)
• 13:30 – 17:00: Continued B2B networking and fair participation
• 17:30: Transfer back to the hotel

Evening at leisure to enjoy the resort facilities.
