   Welcome to Türkiye! You are met at Istanbul Airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore Istanbul, where continents meet and history is present on every corner. Overnight in Istanbul.

2. 2 Day 2 · Wed 3 Feb Fair programme EMITT Tourism Fair & B2B networking

   The business programme starts in the afternoon with registration and your first B2B meetings with international franchise partners and hosted buyers. In the evening, join the gala dinner with DJ performances. Overnight in Istanbul.

   A full day at EMITT with speed networking and meetings at the exhibitor stands, with a light lunch at the fair. In the evening, the Bosphorus Night at Oligark Club & Restaurant, with canapés, hors d'oeuvres and local drinks including alcohol. Overnight in Istanbul.

   Another day of networking at EMITT: meet tourism professionals from around the world, build partnerships and discover new markets. Light lunch at the fair, then transfer back to the hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

5. 5 Day 5 · Sat 6 Feb Istanbul city tour – flight to Izmir

   After breakfast, a guided Istanbul city tour: the Hippodrome of Constantinople with the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine, the Blue Mosque, and photo stops at Hagia Sophia and Topkapı Palace. We also visit a traditional Turkish shop for spices, Turkish delight, baklava, coffee, ceramics and olive-oil products. After the tour, transfer to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, and on arrival to your hotel in Kuşadası. Overnight in Kuşadası.

   Recommended flight: TK2334 (IST 18:00 – ADB 19:10); our transfers run from Istanbul Airport. The flight is not included; contact us for the best fare.

6. 6 Day 6 · Sun 7 Feb Ephesus

   After breakfast, set out for Ephesus, one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the world: the Library of Celsus, the Great Theatre, the Temple of Hadrian and the remains of the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. On the way, visit a carpet and kilim workshop to see traditional hand-weaving. Overnight in Kuşadası.

7. 7 Day 7 · Mon 8 Feb Kuşadası – Pamukkale

   Depart at 08:00 for Pamukkale, the “Cotton Castle”, with a stop at a leather goods outlet on the way. Explore the white travertine terraces and the ancient city of Hierapolis, and swim in the legendary thermal waters. Overnight in Pamukkale.

8. 8 Day 8 · Tue 9 Feb Pamukkale – Konya – Cappadocia

   After breakfast, drive to Konya to visit the Mevlana Museum, dedicated to the Sufi mystic Rumi. Continue to Cappadocia and check in to our boutique cave hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

   Hot air balloon flight the next morning is optional and not included; please tell your guide in advance if you would like to join.

9. 9 Day 9 · Wed 10 Feb Full-day Cappadocia tour

   A full day in the fairy-tale landscapes of Cappadocia: Özkonak Underground City, Göreme Open-Air Museum, Çavuşin Village, the pottery workshops of Avanos, Love Valley, Devrent Valley and the famous Three Beauties fairy chimneys. Overnight in Cappadocia.

10. 10 Day 10 · Thu 11 Feb Cappadocia – Hattusa – Zile Castle – Tokat

    After breakfast, drive to Hattusa, the ancient Hittite capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Zile Castle, where Julius Caesar won his swift victory and declared “Veni, Vidi, Vici”. In Tokat, check in to the Silk Road Museum Hotel: the 650-year-old Deveciler Han, a restored Ottoman caravanserai. Overnight in Tokat.

11. 11 Day 11 · Fri 12 Feb Tokat city tour – Ballıca Cave – Kaz Lake

    Discover Tokat’s historic bazaars, traditional baths and the famous Clock Tower, then the huge stalactites and stalagmites of Ballıca Cave and the calm waters of Kaz Lake. Overnight in Tokat.

12. 12 Day 12 · Sat 13 Feb Tokat – Istanbul

    After breakfast, transfer to Tokat Airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul, where our services end.
