Most of our events come with FAM trips: hotel inspections, sightseeing and meetings with local partners along the route.

Is the hosted buyer program free?
It depends on the event and on your profile. Some buyers are fully hosted, others join with a participation package. The terms are shared with you after your application is reviewed.
Are flights included?
Flight support is offered in some programs and for some buyers. The event page and your application review show what applies to you.
Who can apply?
Decision makers at tour operators, travel agencies, MICE agencies, DMCs and other companies that buy travel products. Every application is reviewed individually.
Can colleagues from my company join?
Yes. You can add colleagues as delegates in your company profile and include them in your application; places are confirmed per event.
Can I join a FAM trip?
Most events offer FAM trips before or after the main program. You can choose one while applying.
Do you help with visas?
After your participation is confirmed, you can print a digital invitation letter from your panel for your visa application. Obtaining the visa remains your responsibility; we cannot guarantee it.
