About this trip
Spend three days at SATTE 2027 in Delhi, one of Asia’s leading travel exhibitions, then fly to Kerala for the Grand India Kerala Summit.
In Kochi you meet local tourism partners at a B2B networking event. The journey continues to the hill station of Munnar, with its tea gardens and a cultural show and gala dinner with Kerala tourism professionals, DMCs and wedding planners, hosted by KTTC. The tour ends with a night aboard a traditional houseboat on the backwaters of Alappuzha.
The programme includes 4- and 5-star accommodation, transfers and meals throughout: a balance of business, networking and destination discovery.

Check out of your room before leaving for the exhibition. After the last meetings, take the domestic flight to Cochin International Airport in Kerala, “God’s Own Country”. The KTTC team welcomes you in traditional Kerala style and transfers you to the Fortune Hotel, Kochi. The Grand India Kerala Summit 2027 opens with a welcome dinner and networking. In the afternoon, a scenic 132 km drive past waterfalls, spice plantations, forests and tea gardens brings you to Munnar. Check in to Chandy’s 5-star resort; buffet dinner at the hotel. Frequently asked questions
Who can apply as a hosted buyer?
Tour operators, travel agencies and travel buyers who sell international travel. Applications are reviewed against our selection criteria, so exhibitors meet buyers who are ready to do business.
Are international flights included?
Only for fully hosted buyers. Their flight is reimbursed on the last exhibition day (21 January); please bring a copy of your ticket and proof of payment.
Do you help with the visa?
Yes, we provide visa support documents where applicable. Visa fees are not included.
How do the B2B meetings work?
Before the exhibition you can review profiles, request and confirm meetings, message other participants and share your brochures in the online pre-appointment system. At SATTE, your meetings take place at the exhibitors’ tables and stands according to your calendar, and there are plenty of walk-in meetings too.
Can I combine SATTE with a FAM trip?
Yes. Three FAM programmes include the full SATTE programme: the 7-day Golden Triangle pre-tour, the 8-day Kerala post-tour and the 11-day Capital to Coast programme. You choose one of them instead of the main programme.
